Tobimax is a vertically integrated manufacturer specializing in children’s sleepwear. We produce bamboo rayon pajamas, organic cotton sleep sacks, modal rompers, and mixed-fabric sleepwear for emerging and established children’s brands in the US, Canada, and Australia. All sleepwear is manufactured to CPSC/CPSIA flammability standards.

Materials

Our fabric library includes bamboo rayon/spandex blends, GOTS-certified organic cotton, Tencel lyocell, modal, and recycled polyester. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and dyed in bluesign-certified facilities. We can source fabric to your spec or recommend from our library.

Starting a sleepwear brand? We work with founders from first sample to first production run. Our minimums start at 200 units per style. We provide tech pack development, pattern grading, fabric consultation, and print artwork support. You don’t need a full design team — our team fills the gaps.

Compliance & Safety

All children’s sleepwear meets CPSC flammability requirements under 16 CFR 1615 (sizes 0–6X) and 16 CFR 1616 (sizes 7–14). We conduct third-party testing through accredited labs and can provide test reports for retail compliance.

Our Process

  1. Share your concept, tech pack, or reference images.

  2. We recommend fabrics, develop patterns, and produce first samples (2–4 weeks).

  3. Approve samples and confirm production order.

  4. Production runs 6–10 weeks depending on order size.

  5. Quality inspection, packing, and shipping to your warehouse.

  • A: 200 units per style for garments. Fabric minimums are 500 meters for custom development.

  • A: Yes. We run lab dips to match Pantone references on all fabric types. Bamboo rayon can require 2–4 lab dips for exact matches due to the fiber’s absorption characteristics.

  • A: Yes. We offer reactive print, rotary print, and digital print on bamboo rayon. Reactive printing is most common for sleepwear as it preserves fabric softness.


  • A: Absolutely. Send us a reference image or sketch and we’ll develop the tech pack, pattern, and grading in-house.
