Case Studies: How We Work With Brands

Whistle & Flute: Launching New Categories at Low MOQ

When we first started working with Whistle & Flute in 2017, they were producing graphic tees only. Their team wanted to expand into rainjackets, swimwear, allover print, pants, and shorts. Categories most factories would not touch at independent-brand SKU counts.

We took the work on. Since 2017, every season, we have produced their new categories at the low-MOQ runs that let an independent children's brand grow without locking up cash in oversize inventory.

Walmart Mexico: Fabric Supply at Retail Scale

Walmart Mexico came to us in 2015 with a fabric supply programme for their men's suit and suit-pants line. The brief held three constraints: competitive pricing at retail scale, 30-day lead time on fabric production, and accurate shipment to their downstream cut-and-sew partners across Mexico City and other production hubs. We have held all three for the eleven years since.

National Football Federation: Custom Athletic Fabric for Broadcast

An 18-year relationship with a South American national football federation runs through how we develop custom athletic fabric and match colour to broadcast standards. The training uniforms we produce hold up under the laundering load, heat, and camera-perfect colour rendition a national team requires. The technical work has shaped how we run merchandise programmes for marathons, race events, and university athletic departments.
