Organic Cotton

Growing Region: South Plains, US, Turkey, and India

Derived from: Cotton Plant

Environmental Impact: Optimal, nutrient rich soil standard. Elimination of toxins and pesticides. Enhances the quality of life for farmers. Non toxic fibre stabilization. Non toxic low impact dyes. Non destructive extraction.

Wearability: Breathability and elimination of harmful heavy metals and pesticides. This fabric is also commonly used as GOTS organic cotton for snug-fit pajamas because it supports chemical-free compliance pathways for children's sleepwear. Tencel RayoN

Growing Region:  Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic)

Derived From: Pulp of eucalyptus trees

Environmental Impact: Circular fashion model. Fully biodegradable. Responsible wood sourcing. High volume forest regeneration. Supports growth of endangered forests.

Wear Benefits: Moisture wicking. Quick to dry. Breathability. Wrinkle Resistant. Anti-bacterial.

Modal Rayon  

Growing Region: Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic)

Derived From: Beech Wood Trees

Environmental Impact: Higher yield per acre (less trees required), Significantly less water consumption throughout production carrying into the fabric lifespan with consumer.

Wear Benefits: No fabric softener or whitening agents needed, decreased energy and water use for shorter washing cycles. Resistant to shrinkage. Resistant to color fading. Resistant to pilling. 50% more water absorbent than cotton.

Bamboo Rayon

Growing Region: China & India

Derived From: Pulp and Bamboo Grass

Environmental Impact: Naturally produces a bio-agent allowing it to flourish in the wild without the use of pesticides. Fastest growing tree in the world.

Wear Benefits: Smooth finish without the use of chemical treatment. Antibacterial, Sweat absorbent. UV protection embedded in fibre, making it suitable for UV-protective fabrics in school and outdoor programmes. Hypoallergenic. Micro gaps in fabric provide extreme breathability. This fabric is also widely used in bamboo sleep sack production for infant and toddler sleepwear because of its softness and temperature regulation. Eucalyptus + Lemon Rayon

Growing Region: Australia, East India, China, Burma

Derived From: Trees and utilizing Greenfirst® treatment

Environmental Impact: Eliminating the use of extremely toxic repellents.

Wear Benefits: Toxic free natural insect repellent. Provides the article with excellent properties for combating pests, in particular dust mites, moths and gnats. Supports breathability. Anti-Odor.

Additional Info: Natural treatment principally based on Lemon, Lavender and Eucalyptus essential oils extracts. This natural active substance identified as a food additive by the OMS and FAO is notified within the Biocide Directive 98/8/CEA.

Derived From: Clear Plastic Water Bottles

Environmental Impact: Repurposing post consumer waste. Reduces dependence on petroleum.

End Material: Recycled Polyester & Natural Finishing

Raw Materials: Reused Water Bottles, Eucalyptus, Lemon and Lavender essential oils.

Step 1:

Wash recycled plastic bottles and shred bottles into pet chips. Chips are extracted into long spaghetti strands then strands cut into pellets.

Step 2:

Reheat pellets and turn them into super fine threads, spin threads into yarn.

Step 3:

Weave or knit yarn to create recycled polyester for fabric use.

  • A: Bamboo rayon is the most popular choice for children’s sleepwear due to its natural softness, moisture-wicking properties, and hypoallergenic qualities. Organic cotton is a close second for brands prioritizing all-natural fiber content. Both are CPSC-compliant when produced to proper specifications.

  • A: Both are cellulose-based regenerated fibers. Bamboo rayon is derived from bamboo grass and offers a silky hand feel, natural UV protection, and antibacterial properties. Tencel is made from eucalyptus pulp using a closed-loop solvent process, offering excellent moisture management and a smooth drape. Bamboo rayon is more commonly used in sleepwear; Tencel is popular for activewear and home textiles.

  • A: Yes. Our organic cotton is GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. All fabrics carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, meaning they have been tested for over 100 harmful substances. Our dyeing facilities are bluesign certified.
